Our expertise is in the Silk Screen printing of Metal, Plastic and flexible pressure-sensitive adhesive materials for Produce Identification, Data Plates and Point of Sale nameplates and signs.
Our screen-printing process allows us to print heavy-duty inks/paints — known to be much more durable and permanent than that of digital printing techniques. This process, has for decades, stood up to the exacting standards of the Aerospace industries and demanding environmental conditions of on and off-road motorsports racing industry.
Chemical Etching
The hands-on nature of traditional screen printing allows us to print mediums such as resist, which is essential for masking the material in the chemical etch and paint fill process. The result makes for an extremely durable method of image reproduction.
The resist process is also applied to Anodized Aluminum which is acid washed and stripped to produce another extremely durable image — able to withstand endless abuse and hold up to the stringent requirements of the Aerospace and Defense industries.
Die Cutting
An important part of the product identification process is defining the shape, size and form of your stickers or nameplate. We have developed the creative use of Steel Rule Dies for Kiss-cutting or complete cut-out for final fabrication of Vinyl, Mylar and Lexan along with metal foil.
When a more durable or substantial presence is required, our unique expertise and special-order heavy machinery are utilized for cutting of Aluminum, Brass and Steel from .003" to .125 in thickness.
Serializing and Barcoding
Serializations: Our serialization options can be designed in to your original artwork and run consecutively, or artwork can have open pads or boxes to be ink or impression stamped during final fabrication process.
Barcoding: 2D data matrix bar coding can also be designed in the artwork stage to run consecutively. Saving you time and helping to ensure total accuracy.
